兵庫県西宮市。
『涼宮ハルヒ』シリーズの舞台として、今も国内外のファンに愛され続ける“聖地”です。

さらに今年は、アニメ放送開始から20周年という節目を迎える中、現在、早稲田大学高等学院に通う高校3年生が、「アニメ聖地の持続可能性と地域振興」をテーマに研究を進めています。

今回、その研究の一環として、
ハルヒファンを対象にしたアンケート調査が始まりました。

アンケートでは、
・西宮にどんな想いを持っているか
・聖地巡礼の経験
・地域との関わり方
・ふるさと納税など地域支援への考え
などについて、ファンの声を集めています。

「作品」と「地域」が、これから先も共に歩んでいくために。
そして、“好き”という気持ちが、未来の地域を支える力になるのか。

そんな問いを、次の世代が本気で考えています。
以下、高校生のアンケート調査依頼文です。

『涼宮ハルヒ』シリーズと西宮市の地域振興に関するアンケートのお願い（日本語版）

【はじめに】

この度は本調査にご関心をお寄せいただき、誠にありがとうございます。早稲田大学高等学院3年の田中太朗と申します。

現在、「アニメ聖地の持続可能性と公的活用 〜西宮市における『涼宮ハルヒ』最大活用による地域振興への道の模索」をテーマに研究活動（論文執筆）に取り組んでおります。

そこで、「ハルヒ」ファンの皆様にアンケートをお願いしたいと考えております。

【本調査の目的】

兵庫県西宮市は「涼宮ハルヒ」シリーズの舞台として、今なお多くのファンに愛されています。「涼宮ハルヒ」シリーズはアニメ放送開始から20周年という節目を迎え、各地で熱い盛り上がり見せる一方で、現在、西宮市は深刻な財政課題に直面しています。

本研究では、この現状を踏まえ、地域と作品が共に歩む「持続可能な聖地」の在り方を模索しています。ファンの皆様が西宮市に対してどのような想いを持ち、今後、ふるさと納税をはじめとするどのような形であれば地域支援に協力したいと考えておられるかを伺い、西宮市を大いに盛り上げるための具体的な施策を提案したいと考えております。

【調査への協力について】

・本調査は、アニメを通じた地域活性化の研究を目的としており、特定の営利団体とは関係ありません。
・Googleの仕様により、画面上部に回答者様のアカウント名が表示される場合がありますが、回答はすべて匿名で集計され、個人が特定されることはありません。 
・収集したデータは、統計的に処理した上で、論文の執筆および発表の目的にのみ使用いたします。
・回答の所要時間は5分程度です。

Survey on the “Haruhi Suzumiya” Series and Regional Development of Nishinomiya City

Thank you very much for your interest in this survey!

I am Taro Tanaka, a student at Waseda University Senior High School. I’m currently conducting a research(writing a thesis) on the topic ” Sustainable Anime Tourism and Public Policy: Leveraging “Haruhi Suzumiya”for Regional Development in Nishinomiya City “. Here, I would like to take a survey targeting all Haruhi – fans.

【The Purpose of The Research】

Nishinomiya City in Hyogo Prefecture remains beloved by fans all over the world as a setting of the anime/novel series  “The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya”.  While the anime’s 20th anniversary is being celebrated worldwide and various events are held,  Nishinomiya City is facing serious financial challenges.

In light of this situation, this study seeks to explore the concept of a “Sustainable Holy Site” where the local community and the content can thrive together. By understanding the feelings fans hold toward Nishinomiya City and identifying the forms of support they would be willing to provide — such as the “Furusato Nozei” (Hometown Tax Donation System) — I aim to propose concrete measures to revitalize and greatly energize Nishinomiya City.

【Cooperation in The Survey】

・The purpose of this survey is to conduct a research on regional revitalization through anime, and  NOT associated with any specific for-profit organizations.

・Although your account name may be displayed at the top of the screen due to Google’s specifications, all responses are aggregated anonymously and will remain COMPLETELY confidential.

・Collected data will be analyzed statistically and used ONLY for paper writing and presentations.

・The estimated time for this survey is approximately 5 minutes.
